                               DIRECTORS DEALINGS

hot group has been notified that Anthony Reeves, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ("Shares") today, Wednesday 17 December 2003, at a price of 19p per
Share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Reeves now has a beneficial interest in
4,933,535 Shares, representing approximately 3.23 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
