(Nasdaq: KERX; AIM: KRX), today announced that application has 
been made for block admission to trading on AIM for 755,883 shares of common 
stock par value $0.001 per share in Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Keryx").  The 
shares may be issued upon the exercise of warrants granted in conjunction 
with the private placement of shares of Keryx common stock announced on 18 
November 2003.  The warrants bear an exercise price of $6.00 per warrant.
