Gallaher Group Plc have today been advised by FMR Corp, and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, that collectively they are the non-beneficial
holders of 3.94% of the Company's issued share capital, being a reduction from
their previous holding of 4.98%.
