Board Changes

Following the announcement made on 4 November 2003, Stream Group plc ("Stream"),
the provider of consumer information and entertainment content and applications
via mobile and fixed line telephony, announces that Paul Tuson, Finance
Director, has left the Company, effective today, to pursue other business
interests.

The Company has identified a candidate as a replacement Finance Director and
expects to make an announcement in January 2004.

Paul, a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined the board of Stream Group plc as
Finance Director in February 2000.

Gordon Robson, Chairman of Stream Group plc, said:

valued contribution to Stream over the past four years. Paul was a key member of
the team during the IPO process and the formative years that have seen Stream
