                               Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that John Streets, chief executive of the Company,
has today purchased 33,334 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction,
Mr Streets owns 8,325,953 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 29.36% of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.
