              Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or the "Company")


                         Grant of options to directors


At a Board Meeting on 14 January 2004, approval was given for the granting of
the following options to directors:

Martin Clements 
(Finance Director)               50,000 Ordinary Shares under the EMI scheme


Frank Murray                    3,285 Ordinary Shares under the EMI scheme
(Chief Technology Officer)     85,714 Ordinary Shares under the Approved Scheme


The options were granted at 35 pence per share and may be exercised between
three and ten years after the date of the grant.

The options granted under the EMI scheme are subject to achieving performance
criteria relating to Earnings per Share set by the Company's Remuneration and
Nominations Committee.

Following the grant of the options, Martin Clements holds options over 100,000
Ordinary Shares and Frank Murray holds options over 253,999 Ordinary Shares.
