The Company has today been notified by Prudential Plc that each of Prudential
plc, M&G Group Limited, and M&G Limited, each of Lawrence Pountney Hill, London,
EC4R 0HH, are interested in 17,644,406 Shares representing 11.1% of the Issued
Shares of which M&G Investment Management Ltd also of Lawrence Pountney Hill,
London, EC4R 0HH are interested in 17,600,000 Shares representing 11.07% of the
Issued Shares. The Shares are registered in the names of: -
