The Company was notified by ISIS Asset Management plc ("ISIS") on 19 January
2004 that following the sale of 12,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 16 January 2004, ISIS (part of the Friends Provident
group) is interested in a total of 1,297,407 Ordinary Shares which represents
22.66 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Ordinary Shares held by ISIS includes the material interest of clients of
ISIS as set out below:
