Bank Przemyslowo - Handlowy PBK SA (BPH PBK) informs it has been notified that
the on 19 January, 2004 Management Board of the National Depositary for
Securities (NDS) passed a resolution on registering:

--  the 345,027 Series A17 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code PLBPH0000142,

--  the 123,701 Series A21 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code PLBPH0000159.

At the same time Bank filed a motion with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) for
admitting these bonds to trading from 28 January, 2004.
