            Technoplast Industries Ltd. (hereinafter "Technoplast" or "the
Company") announced, to the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) and to the Tel
Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), as an immediate report, and further to the Company's
immediate report of 17 March 2004, that Technoplast's Board of Directors has
resolved to extend the dates set by the Company and the third party with respect
to the sale of the Company's holdings in Smart Storage Ltd. by 45 days.
