On Friday 20 August, Ian Cockerill, Chief Executive Officer, Gold Fields
Limited will host a presentation for investors regarding the proposed creation
of Gold Fields International through the transfer of the international assets
of Gold Fields Limited to IAMGold Corporation in exchange for shares in that
company.

The presentation will be held at the Bloomberg Presentation Suite, City Gate
