          Issue of #200,000 Convertible Redeemable Loan Note to Burnbrae
             and notice of subscription of warrants by Square Mile

The Directors of Wigmore Group are pleased to announce that Burnbrae has
subscribed for a further #200,000 of convertible redeemable unsecured loan note
("CRULS") to enable the Company to reduce its overdraft facility to a level
agreed with its bankers. The issue of CRULS replaces the proposed subscription
for shares on 1 October 2004 set out in the announcement made by the Company on
7 July 2004.

The conversion rights attaching to the CRULS are conditional upon shareholder
approval and further details will be set out in the Company's forthcoming
circular.

In addition the Company has received a notice of subscription from Square Mile
Limited, in accordance with the "A" Warrant Instrument entered into between the
Company and Square Mile Limited on 6th July 2004, to convert #2,500 into
25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company.

The Company will make application for the 25,000,000 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 7 October 2004.
