                            Further issue of equity

The Company announces that it has placed 320,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p
each at 0.12p per share raising #384,000 before expenses. The proceeds of the
placing will be used to provide working capital for the group.

The Company will make application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 22 November 2004.
