         Burnbrae Limited exercise of Convertible Redeemable Loan Notes



Burnbrae Limited ("Burnbrae") has agreed to strengthen the Company's balance
sheet by exercising its conversion rights in respect of its entire holding of
7.2% convertible redeemable loan notes in a principal amount of #700,000. One
hundred ordinary shares will be issued for every 11p nominal of the loan
converted, such that the Company will issue 636,363,636 new Ordinary Shares to
Burnbrae.
