Grosvenor announces that its annual meeting of stockholders, held pursuant to
the terms of the debenture stock, will take place at 11.30 a.m. at the company's
offices at 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP on Wednesday 1 June 2005,
followed by lunch.


The presentation will give details of performance in the year to 31 December
2004.
