                             Wellington Holdings Plc
                                 Board Changes

Following Fenner plc's successful acquisition of over 90% of the entire issued
share capital of Wellington Holdings plc, the manufacturer and distributor of
specialist polymer seals for engineering and industrial applications, Messrs.
M.S. Abrahams, R.J. Perry and N.M. Hobson were appointed Directors of the
Company with effect from 20 May 2005. Messrs. J.A. Read, A.K. Mitchard and C.
Wilkins resigned as Directors of the Company with effect from 27 May 2005.

In addition, on 20 May 2005 Mr. M. Paver resigned as Company Secretary of
Wellington Holdings plc and Mrs. D. Bradbury was appointed.
