     Spiritel Technologies signs supply agreement with PNC Telecom Services



Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased to
announce that it has signed an agreement with PNC Telecom Services ("PNC"), the
UK  numbering services company that specialises in premium rate services and
network based media delivery solutions, under which Spiritel Technologies will
provide PNC with a range of VoIP telephony services.


PNC is a fully switched network operator and became a licensed Public
Telecommunications Operator (PTO) in 2001. PNC is among the most experienced
network operators in the UK, delivering solutions incorporating proven premium
content, integrated billing and non-geographic numbers.


Spiritel Technologies will provide PNC with VoIP termination services including
broadband telephony and related applications delivering voicemail, call-back,
follow-me, conferencing, fax-to-email and auto-attendant. Call termination will
also be provided as part of the agreement.


PNC's Managing Director, Darren Jones, commented: "After reviewing the available
suppliers in the market PNC selected Spiritel Technologies because the solution
is competitive, "plug and play" and simple to integrate. The provision of
Spiritel Technologies' services means our nationwide telecoms infrastructure
will now also be available to enterprises wishing to benefit specifically from
business efficiencies gained with IP based telephony applications."


Spiritel Technologies is Spiritel's division that offers bundled services to
resellers for small and medium sized businesses and residential users. Earlier
this year, Spiritel Technologies signed agreements to supply VoIP telephony
services to Entacall Communications and to JabberTalk.




Commenting on the PNC agreement, Alastair Mills, Spiritel's Chief Executive,
