The Company was advised today by a letter dated 25 February 2006 that Michael
Gordon Wilde has acquired 2,542,733 ordinary shares in the Company resulting in
a total holding of 2,667,733 shares (9.50%) of the issued share capital in the
Company.  Mr Wilde also has an interest in 60,000 shares in the Company held by
Merlion Equities (UK) Ltd, respectively 0.21% of the issued share capital in the
Company.
