Notification of change of listing of debt securities from the Gilt Edged and
Fixed Interest Market to the Professional Securities Market

JPY 470,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due 23rd February 2007 (the "Notes") were 
Issued by ITOCHU FINANCE (EUROPE) PLC and unconditionally and irrevocably 
guaranteed by Itochu Corporation on 23rd February 2006. The Notes which were 
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Gilt Edged and Fixed Interest 
Market have been moved to and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
Professional Securities Market with effect from 14th March 2006.
