Notice has been received by Southampton Leisure Holdings (SLH) from Michael
Wilde requisitioning an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company under
Section 368 of the Companies Act.  The notice proposes the removal as Directors
of the Company of Rupert Lowe, Andrew Cowen, Michael Richards, David Windsor
Clive and Guy Askham and further proposes the appointment as Directors of the
Company of Michael Wilde, Ken Dulieu, Jim Hone, Lee Hoos and Patrick Trant.



The Board of the Company will requisition the meeting within the time limits
imposed by the Companies Act and will ensure that the shareholders of the
Company will be fully informed as to its views as to the merits and demerits of
the current situation
