                               Directors Dealings

The Company was informed that on 2 October 2006, Patrick Trant, a director of
the Company purchased 185,000 shares in the Company at 43p per share. Patrick
Trant now holds 185,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.64%
of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 2 October 2006, Paul Thompson, a director
of the Company sold 155,000 shares in the Company at 43p per share. Paul Thomson
