Resignation of Director

Penmc announces that on 31 January 2007, Eric Cater, Non-Executive Chairman,
resigned as a Director of the Company.

Laurie Turnbull, currently Chief Executive, steps up to Non-Executive Chairman.
Stuart Mollekin, Finance Director, will assume all executive duties during the
interim period whilst the Company seeks to implement its Investment Policy.
