The Company has been informed that Ken Pratt, Finance Director of Imagesound,
has purchased 440,000 shares at 13.70 pence per share. Mr. Pratt has a
beneficial interest of 975,500 shares which represents 1.54 per cent. of the
issued ordinary shared capital of the Company.
