Additional Listing

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 68,946 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares
in issue have been issued and allotted following the exercise of options in
accordance with the rules of the Citel Plc Stock Option Scheme.

Admission is expected to be effective on 1 June 2007.
