EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 17 May 2007 that on 3 May 2007
Cargill, Inc. transferred the registered ownership of its shareholding in the
Company to Citibank (vidacos nominee), who are acting as its custodian.
Following this transfer, in respect of which no consideration was paid, Cargill,
Inc. retains an unchanged interest in 6,172,628 ordinary shares with a par value
of 0.25 cents (Euro) each, representing 6.61% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
