As part consideration for the acquisition of Pinnacle Group Limited, on 7 June
2007 Alan Bonner acquired by allotment 122,727,273 Ordinary Shares in the
Company. As a result, Mr Bonner holds 122,727,273 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, representing 16.95% of the enlarged issued share capital following the
acquisition.
