              NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


On 03 July 2007 Stylo PLC ("the Company") was notified that on 02 July 2007
Mrs Marjorie Ziff has increased her shareholding in the Company by 330,250
limited voting ordinary shares at a price of 77p.

On completion of the purchase Mrs Ziff's shareholding will be 4,903,646 limited
voting ordinary shares, representing 14.73 per cent of the issued limited
voting ordinary shares.
