               Disposal of Southampton Insurance Services Limited

The Company wishes to announce that it has today disposed of Southampton
Insurance Services Limited ("SISL") to Chorley Holdings Limited, a company
controlled by Phil Shephard, current Managing Director of SISL, for
consideration of #150,000 ("the Transaction"). In addition SISL has today paid a
dividend of #110,000 to the Company.

SISL is an FSA registered Insurance broker, based in Southampton, which provides
both retail and commercial insurance. SISL recorded a profit after taxation of
#89,301 from net assets of #122,723 for the period ended 30 June 2006.

The Transaction constitutes a related party transaction under the AIM rules. The
Directors of the Company consider, having consulted with their nominated adviser
Seymour Pierce Limited, that the terms of the Transaction are fair and
reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned.
