Directors Shareholdings

Charterhouse Communications plc announces that following a successful share
placing, as announced on 19 June 2007 (the "Placing"), 171,417,512 new Ordinary
Shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") have today commenced
trading on AIM.

As part of the Placing, the Directors of the Company have purchased Placing
Shares at the placing price of 1.5p per Placing Share. The number of Placing
Shares purchased by each Director and their resultant holding of Ordinary Shares
in the Company is set out below:
