                        Disposal of Saints Radio Limited

The Company wishes to announce that it has today disposed of Saints Radio
Limited ("Saints Radio") to Town & Country Broadcasting Limited for nominal
consideration. In addition the Company and its subsidiaries have agreed to waive
inter company loans to Saints Radio of #1.3 million.

Saints Radio is an FM radio station, based in Southampton, which is a medium for
communication between Southampton FC, its fans and the local community. The
Company understands that Saints Radio will continue to fulfil this role. Saints
Radio recorded a loss after taxation of #248,218 from a net liability of
#1,032,332 for the 13 months ended 30 June 2006.
