                             Director Shareholding


On 2 October 2007, the Board awarded Andrew Pendlebury and Andrew Bailey, both
directors of the Company, options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 51.5p. Andrew Pendlebury was awarded
options over 328,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 194,175 were granted under an EMI
Scheme ("EMI Options") and 133,825 were unapproved options, and Andrew Bailey
was awarded options over 64,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 51,942 were EMI
Options and 12,058 were unapproved options. These options can be exercised with
effect from 2 October 2010.
