KIMBERLEY DIAMOND COMPANY NL (the Company) (AIM: KDC)

The Company hereby advises that it has received a notice of change of interests
of significant holder from MM&E Capital Pty Ltd (MM&E).

MM&E has reduced its holding in KDC to 5.96% of the issued capital of the
Company and now holds 25,559,749 ordinary fully paid shares.
