                               Allotment of shares
                                        
Sitka  announces that on 30th November it allotted 63,788 ordinary shares of  1p
each  (the  `Shares')  to  certain  ordinary shareholders  under  the  Company's
dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List has  been  made
and  it  is expected that the Shares will begin trading on 6 December 2007.  The
Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

Sitka also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are
