Holdings in Company


Minmet Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company received notification on
4th December 2007 that Kevin Anderson has acquired 10,000,000 ordinary shares of
Euro0.01 each in the Company which brings his total holding in the Company to
12,750,000 ordinary shares, representing 13.83% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.



The Company has also been advised that Westcoast Group Limited, a Company in
which Brian Gibbs, a director of the Company has a 10% minority interest, has
reduced its shareholding in the Company by 10,000,000 ordinary shares to
12,750,000 ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each in the Company representing 13.83% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
