Extraordinary General Meeting

The  Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting
were  duly  passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company  held  on
Thursday 10 January 2008.

Copies  of all special resolutions will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority
shortly  and  will  be available for inspection at the UKLA's  Document  Viewing
