                         Further re date of suspension

Further to the announcement of the Company's interim results on 24 January 2008,
the Board of the Company confirms that, pursuant to 15 of the AIM Rules for
Companies ("AIM Rules"), the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on
AIM with effect from 7 a.m. on 1 February 2008.

Under rule 41 of the AIM Rules, Chariot has until 31 July 2008 to make an
acquisition or investment (which would constitute a reverse takeover under the
AIM Rules) in line with the Company's previously announced investment strategy.
