Stylo plc announces that it reached agreement on 13 February 2008 with the
Administrators of the footwear retailer, Dolcis Limited ("the Company") to
purchase the trading stock of Dolcis together with its brand name.

Stylo plc has also negotiated the temporary right to trade from 24 Dolcis
leasehold stores and may, subject to the consent of landlords, operate from
certain of these outlets for a longer term.

Michael Ziff, Executive Chairman of Stylo plc, commenting on the acquisition,
said: "We remain in a very competitive environment and this acquisition is a
great opportunity to strengthen our position in the retail footwear sector."
