The Company announces that Peter Townsend, currently a Non-Executive Director of
Chariot, is assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with
immediate effect.

Details in relation to the appointment of Peter Townsend as a director of the
Company, as required under Schedule 2(g) and rule 17 of the AIM Rules of
Companies, were contained in the announcement of 16 January 2008.
