Further to the Company's announcement on 5 March 2008, confirming that at the
Annual General Meeting held on that day shareholders had approved the change of
the Company's name to 'ACUITY VCT 3 PLC', the Company announces that on 5 March
2008 the Registrar of Companies issued the certificate of incorporation on
change of name and accordingly the name of the Company has been changed to 
'ACUITY VCT 3 PLC' with effect from 5 March 2008.
