                           Result of General Meeting


The Company is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier
today, the Resolutions proposed to Shareholders in respect of the Placing were
duly passed. As a result, the Placing, details of which are set out in the
prospectus published by the Company on 6 March 2008, has completed subject only
to Admission, which is expected to occur on 3 April 2008.

The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to
them in the prospectus published by the Company dated 6 March 2008.
