The Board announces that, having taken professional advice, it has come to the
conclusion that the Company is insolvent and that it is in the best interests of
the Company and its creditors for the Company to enter administration.

As a result, the Board have today appointed joint administrators David Crawshaw
and Myles Halley of KPMG LLP of 8 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8BB.
