                              Results of Meetings



The Company is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions which were
proposed without amendment at the meetings of holders of warrants issued by the
Company and Marwyn Value Investors II Limited ("MVI2"), the class meetings of
holders of shares in the Company and the Extraordinary General Meetings of the
Company and MVI2 that were held earlier today have been duly passed by the
requisite majorities without amendment.



The principal conditions to the Company's proposed amalgamation with MVI2 have
therefore been satisfied but the amalgamation remains subject to the other
conditions set out in the circular to shareholders and warrantholders dated 11
March 2008.
