    Cambria Coal Mine Methane Capture Project Commissioned 

    Econergy International PLC ("Econergy International"), a renewable Independent Power Producer (IPP) focused primarily in the Americas
and Vessels Coal Gas, Inc., ("VCG"), a US-based company acquiring and developing coal bed methane assets (jointly, "the Companies") are
pleased to announce that Vessels Econergy Cambria 33 Resources, LLC ("Cambria 33"), the Companies' coal mine methane capture project in
Pennsylvania, was commissioned on 12 May 2008 and is delivering natural gas into the Dominion Peoples local distribution pipeline.  VCG
operates the project.

    Cambria 33 will generate revenue from the sales of natural gas, which is priced at around $11.00 per mcf in the month of May and carbon
credits as verified emissions reductions (VERs) which are sold in the U.S. and European voluntary markets.  The project is estimated to sell
approximately 300 million cubic feet of natural gas annually over the 12 year life of the project.  The gas is currently being sold at a
price based on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
      
    Cambria 33 is a 50-50 joint-venture between the Companies, with a total investment value of approximately $6.5 million. VCG is
headquartered in Denver, Colorado and focuses primarily on coal bed methane producing assets and operations in Rocky Mountain and
Appalachian coal basins.
