    Result of EGM and Update of Offer

    Trading Emissions announces that the special resolution proposed to shareholders at the EGM of the Company held at 12:00 noon on Friday
13 June 2008 was duly passed. 

    The Board of Trading Emissions notes the announcement made by Suez Energy South America in accordance with Rule 2.5 of the Takeover Code
of a cash offer of 45 pence per share for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Econergy International plc ("Econergy"). In
view of this, Trading Emissions announces that it will not be increasing its offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of
Econergy.
