    AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that it has today purchased in the market
1,085,000 of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at a price of 74p.

    Following the above purchase, the Company holds 8.271 million ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in
issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 102,010,250.
