    Holdings in Company

    Minmet announces that, on 22 July 2008, it received notification that on 17 July 2008, Kevin Anderson sold 15,100,000 shares in the
Company, representing 16.4% of the Company's ordinary share capital. This is made up of 10,000,000 shares held by Cinema & General Publicity
Limited and 5,100,000 shares held in his own name. The Company has ascertained that this transaction was effected at a price of 10 pence per
share. As a consequence of this transaction, neither Kevin Anderson nor Cinema & General Publicity Limited hold any interest in the
Company's shares. 

    Minmet also announces that yesterday it received notification that on 17 July 2008, Mitre Oil and Gas Limited acquired 18,216,000
shares, representing 19.76% of the Company's ordinary share capital, at a price of 10 pence per share.
