    Notice Re Announcement of Interim Results


    The Company's website informed shareholders that Crosby's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 were due for release on
Thursday 7 August 2008. 

    Unfortunately due to the level 8 Typhoon that has affected the Hong Kong region, the board meeting of the Company to approve the interim
results scheduled for today has been postponed. Accordingly the results can not be issued on 7 August as planned.

     We anticipate that the results will be announced in the next few days as soon as the board meeting can be convened.
