                                 Results of AGM

All the resolutions proposed for consideration at the Annual General Meeting of
Minmet plc, which was held today, were approved.

Regarding appointment of Directors, resolutions numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5 were not
voted on following withdrawal of their names going forward as directors by the
individuals concerned. Resolutions 5A and 5B dealing with the appointment of
Michael Neville and John Liwosz as directors were approved.
