    The Company announces that on 3 October 2008 it received notice that on 1 October 2008 GAM International Management Limited ("GAM"), as
discretionary investment manager for the GAM UK Equity Hedge Investments Inc., disposed of its interest in the shares of the Company
following the sale of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, GAM's beneficial holding of
the Company's Ordinary Shares is as follows:
