    SUSPENSION OF LISTING

    10 OCTOBER 2008


    Following the announcement on 1 October 2008 of the decision of the board of Sigma to cease trading and the Company's further
announcement on 6 October 2008 of the appointment of Alan Robert Bloom, Margaret Elizabeth Mills and Stephen John Harris as receivers and
managers of the Company, the Company has requested the UK Listing Authority to temporarily suspend the listing of its debt securities from
the Official List with effect from 7.30am on Friday, 10 October 2008 and has requested the London Stock Exchange to temporarily suspend the
listing of its debt securities from trading with effect from 7.30am on Friday, 10 October 2008. The suspensions shall take effect until
further notice.
